TC800-Ta-C Coating Machine

TC800 is a new composite coating machine independently developed by Huasheng. It integrates the advantages of ion source technology, magnetron sputtering (MS), and multi-arc ion plating (MAIP) into a single system, offering a highly efficient solution for the deposition of super-hard ta-C (tetrahedral amorphous carbon) coatings. This advanced hybrid platform enables rapid coating deposition while maintaining excellent film quality, high hardness, low friction, and minimal internal stress.

The ion source enhances surface cleaning and film adhesion, the magnetron sputtering ensures uniform and dense microstructure, and the multi-arc ion plating contributes to high deposition rates and strong bonding strength. Together, these technologies allow TC800 to produce high-performance coatings ideal for precision tools, automotive components, aerospace parts, and wear-resistant elements.
