After more than ten years of technological accumulation, Huasheng has achieved the quality of magnetic control, multi-arc ion plating and DLC plating equipment on par with international standards. In 2023, the G4 Super HIPIMS coating equipment independently developed by the company adopts an integrated cathode technology, surpassing the limitations of traditional arc evaporation and magnetron sputtering. Its performance has reached the international advanced level and it is the first set in China. In addition, the HA800 composite coating equipment won the second prize of the 2021 Guangdong Science and Technology Award for Technological Invention and the certification of Guangdong Famous and High-quality High-tech Products.
