Highlights Review | Huasheng CCMT Exhibition and New Product Release Conference was a Complete Success

From April 8th to 12th, 2024, the 13th China International Machine Tool Exhibition (CCMT2024) grandly opened at the Shanghai New International Expo Center in Pudong! This year's exhibition, with the theme of "Focus - Digital • Connected • Intelligent Manufacturing", opened 17 exhibition halls and attracted nearly 2,000 global machine tool and tool exhibitors.

This time, Huasheng showcased a wide range of products including coating solutions for the fuel vehicle, aerospace, and new energy vehicle industries. Among them, the most eye-catching was the latest G4 composite coating machine.

The G4 coating machine is not only exported to Europe, but also brings Huasheng's unique contributions to the domestic cutting industry. With a quality improvement of over 50%, it has attracted many domestic and foreign visitors to stop and exchange. Huasheng's professional technical team provided detailed answers to the visitors, winning unanimous praise and appreciation from the exhibition attendees.

The G4 coating machine features high power, adjustable square wave, controllable ionization rate and high target material utilization rate. It produces a dense coating with low stress and a smooth surface, free of droplets, and the coating thickness can be adjusted from 0.5 to 30μm. It is widely used in micro and small-diameter cutting tools and wear-resistant inserts, and won the Spring Swallow Award at this exhibition.

During the exhibition, Huasheng held a theme press conference with the theme of "Innovating through Coating and Venturing Overseas, Iterating through Layers and Gathering the Future", announcing that the first domestic coating machine worth over 6 million yuan had been exported to Europe. Leaders from the China Machine Tool & Tool Builders' Association, the China Tungsten Industry Association, special guests, and many customers were invited to witness the event together.
