Developed with integrated cathode and HIPIMS technology, the S1 coating achieves a droplet-free, ultra-dense surface with droplet size controlled below 1 μm and a working temperature above 1200 °C. The advanced TiAlN/TiSiN composite structure enhances hardness up to 40 GPa, while its interface sliding mechanism absorbs impact energy, improving crack resistance by 42%.
