Introduction to Coatings for Stainless Steel Turning

Coating Grade: HMT130, HLM300

Application: HLM300 universal coating is particularly suitable for processing ordinary steel (32~48HRC), stainless steel and cast iron and other materials;

HMT130 is suitable for stainless steel such as 304, 316L;           

Coating Features: HLM300 universal coating simple elements, combined with gradient cycle, achieves a certain degree of wear resistance and toughness

HMT130 has many nano-interfaces and the surface layers of two lubricating elements delay the occurrence of adhesive wear.

Huasheng's independently developed new composite machine HA800 uses arc ion plating technology to adjust the coating structure and achieve bias voltage gradient. The prepared coating has a uniform and dense microstructure and has excellent mechanical and tribological properties.
