The GFOUR model utilizes the advanced 4th generation hybrid coating technology combined with WET Lateral Etching for high-efficiency surface treatments.
The outer dimensions of the GFOUR system are L4850 * W1600 * H2400 mm, and it features a chamber volume of 0.76 m³ with an effective coating area of Ф500 * 400 mm.
The system supports a maximum load capacity of 300 KG on a Ф130 mm spindle diameter, and can operate at a maximum working temperature of 650℃.
It has a loading capacity of 7 trees, which accommodates up to 8,400 pieces of APMT1135 inserts or 2,520 pieces of D4*50L round tools per batch.
