G4plus——HIPIMS Coating Machine

G4plus is an advanced coating equipment that integrates the advantages of High Power Impulse Magnetron Sputtering (HIPIMS) and Arc (ARC) technologies. It features a new four-target design, offering greater flexibility in material selection and deposition process control. The system introduces high-power, adjustable square-wave, and controllable ionization plasma technology, enabling the production of high-quality coatings with strong adhesion, uniform structure, and a smooth, droplet-free surface.

One of the standout features of G4plus is its wide coating thickness range — it can produce ultra-thin coatings as thin as 0.5μm and thick coatings up to 30μm. At the same time, the coating structure can be flexibly switched between columnar and dense crystalline forms to meet the performance requirements of different working conditions. In terms of coating density, G4plus inherits the advantages of arc technology, while demonstrating the low internal stress and droplet-free surface characteristics of magnetron sputtering.

G4plus delivers higher production efficiency, longer tool life, and superior surface quality, making it an ideal solution for high-end manufacturing applications.
