Wear-resistant and anti-friction DLC coating deposition  machine

The DLC series vacuum coating equipment, independently developed by Huasheng, integrates ion source, magnetron sputtering (MS), and PECVD technologies to rapidly deposit diamond-like carbon (DLC) coatings. These coatings offer excellent properties such as high hardness, wear resistance, low friction, anti-corrosion, and anti-sticking.

This system features a simple hardware design without the need for an additional ionization source. A compound magnetic field design enhances ionization efficiency, ensuring dense and uniform film structure. The deposition speed exceeds 1μm/h, significantly improving productivity.

Operating at a low temperature (<250°C), the DLC series is suitable for heat-sensitive materials like aluminum alloys and certain steels. The resulting coatings are smooth and free from large particle contamination, meeting strict surface quality requirements.

An integrated plasma cleaning function eliminates the need for external maintenance, making the system user-friendly and cost-effective. It also ensures a clean process environment and consistent coating performance.
