HUASHENG provides industrial CVD coating systems for depositing TiC/TiN, TiCN, α-Al₂O₃ and κ-Al₂O₃ coatings. Five-zone heating and production-oriented reactor configurations support stable batch processing for carbide inserts, cutting tools, dies and selected wear components.
Choose the 530L for flexible 400 kg batches or the 560L for higher-capacity production up to 480 kg.

What Is a CVD Coating System?
A CVD coating system introduces controlled process gases into a heated reactor. The gases react at the substrate surface and form a dense solid coating. Because the reaction takes place in the gas phase, CVD can provide good coverage on complex tool geometries and strong bonding with the substrate.
For cutting tools, CVD is commonly used to build multilayer structures combining wear-resistant and heat-resistant materials. TiC and TiCN layers provide hardness and wear resistance, while Al₂O₃ layers improve thermal protection during high-speed and continuous cutting.

Five-Zone Heating
Five heating zones support controlled thermal distribution along the reactor and help maintain stable coating conditions for production batches.

Industrial Batch Capacity
Maximum loading capacities of 400 kg and 480 kg cover medium- and higher-volume production requirements.

Multiple Coating Structures
The systems support TiC/TiN, TiCN and two Al₂O₃ phases, allowing process selection for different cutting and wear conditions.

Process and Service Support
Technical support covers equipment selection, process consulting, installation, training, spare parts and remote troubleshooting.

What are CVD coating systems used for?
They are mainly used to deposit hard ceramic coatings on carbide cutting tools, inserts, dies and industrial wear components.
Which coatings can ANC CVD systems produce?
The specified coating types are TiC/TiN, TiCN, α-Al₂O₃ and κ-Al₂O₃.
What is the coating temperature range?
Both 530L and 560L have a specified coating temperature range of 700°C to 1050°C.
What is the difference between 530L and 560L?
530L has a 530 × 1600 mm reactor and 400 kg maximum load. 560L has a 560 × 1600 mm reactor and increases the maximum load to 480 kg.
Are these CVD machines suitable for carbide inserts?
Yes. The available coating types and production configuration are suitable for carbide cutting inserts, subject to carbide grade, tool geometry and coating specification.
How do I select the correct CVD coating machine?
Provide the tool type, material grade, dimensions, batch quantity, required coating and annual output. These details determine the required reactor, loading capacity and process configuration.
Can the coating process be customized?
Yes. Coating structure and equipment configuration can be evaluated according to the substrate, wear mechanism, machining application and performance target.
