Features of Drilling: 

1. Friction is severe and requires a large cutting force; 

2. Drilling generates a lot of heat, which makes heat transfer and conduction difficult and the cutting temperature high; 

3. The extrusion and friction during drilling easily cause cold work hardening of the hole wall, which causes difficulties in the next process; 

4. The drill is thin and long, which easily causes vibration when drilling.

Coating Principle:
