AC1500ULTRA Composite DLC Coating Machine-Ultra Wear-Resistant Coating

AC1500ULTRA innovatively combines the advantages of PECVD (Plasma-Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition) technology and arc technology to create an outstanding coating solution. Based on the PECVD high-hard carbon film, it further incorporates the ultra-high hardness characteristics (greater than 5000Hv) of arc technology, successfully enhancing the hardness and wear resistance of the coating. This combination not only ensures the coating has excellent wear resistance but also significantly increases its compression strength, providing robust protection for various high-intensity applications.

PECVD technology, serving as a substrate or composite layer, cleverly solves the common issue of arc coatings being too thin. Traditional arc coatings, while possessing high hardness, often fail to meet the protection needs of complex parts due to their thinness. The AC1500ULTRA overcomes this limitation by integrating PECVD and arc technology, ensuring the coating is not only hard but also of optimal thickness, delivering lasting protection.

Moreover, the AC1500ULTRA coating uses a combination of DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) and ta-C (Tetrahedral Amorphous Carbon) for an ultra-wear-resistant design. Compared to traditional pure DLC or pure ta-C coatings, its wear resistance is improved by more than two times, significantly extending service life. Its wide application range, especially for tools, molds, and precision parts, greatly enhances production efficiency and the reliability of components. With this innovative technology, the AC1500ULTRA achieves the perfect combination of a single device with multiple functions, driving progress in industrial coating technologies.
