Stable Five-Zone Heating
Five independently arranged heating zones support controlled thermal distribution throughout the reactor and help maintain repeatable coating conditions from batch to batch.
400 kg Batch Capacity
The system can handle loads up to 400 kg, making it suitable for production batches of cutting inserts, tooling components and dies.
Multiple Industrial CVD Coatings
530L supports TiC/TiN, TiCN, α-Al₂O₃ and κ-Al₂O₃ coating structures for improving wear resistance, heat resistance and tool life.
Practical Production Configuration
With a 530 × 1600 mm reactor and 100 kW rated power, the 530L provides a balanced configuration for manufacturers introducing or expanding in-house CVD coating production.

What is the 530L CVD coating equipment used for?
It is mainly used to deposit hard CVD coatings on cutting tools, dies and industrial wear components. Typical coating systems include TiC/TiN, TiCN and aluminum oxide coatings.
Which coating materials can the 530L produce?
The brochure specifies TiC/TiN, TiCN, α-Al₂O₃ and κ-Al₂O₃ coating types. The final coating structure and process route should be selected according to the substrate and application.
What is the maximum loading capacity?
The maximum loading capacity is 400 kg. Actual loading quantity depends on part geometry, fixture design, spacing and process requirements.
What is the coating temperature range?
The specified coating temperature range is 700°C to 1050°C.
Is the 530L suitable for cutting tool production?
Yes. It is designed for industrial CVD applications including cutting tools, especially where hard and heat-resistant TiC, TiN, TiCN or Al₂O₃ coating structures are required.
What is the difference between 530L and 560L?
530L has a 530 × 1600 mm reactor, 400 kg loading capacity and 100 kW rated power. 560L increases the reactor size to 560 × 1600 mm and the maximum loading capacity to 480 kg, with rated power of 105 kW.
Can HUASHENG provide process and after-sales support?
